Clear guidelines for mobile app testing service refunds

At CoderaTechFlow, we're committed to delivering exceptional mobile app testing and validation services. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we've designed our refund policy to be fair and transparent for our Taiwan-based clients and international partners.

This policy covers all testing services, consultation packages, and validation programs offered through our platform. We believe in building long-term relationships with our clients, which means being upfront about our terms and flexible when situations warrant it.

2 Refund Eligibility

Testing Services

Full refunds available within 48 hours of service initiation if no testing work has commenced. Partial refunds may apply based on completed testing phases.

Consultation Packages

Refunds available up to 24 hours before scheduled consultation sessions. Emergency cancellations considered on case-by-case basis.

Learning Programs

Pro-rated refunds available within first 14 days of program enrollment, minus any completed module access fees.

  • Service cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email
  • Refund eligibility depends on project completion status
  • Emergency situations and technical issues are reviewed individually
  • Custom testing configurations may have different refund terms

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days through your original payment method.

You'll receive email confirmation with refund details and expected timeline for funds to appear in your account.

4 Payment Methods & Processing

Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for your original purchase. Here's what to expect for different payment types:

  • Credit cards: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Bank transfers: 5-7 business days depending on your bank
  • Digital wallets: 2-4 business days for most providers
  • Wire transfers: 7-10 business days for international clients

Processing times may vary during Taiwan national holidays or international banking delays. We'll keep you updated if any delays occur beyond our standard timeframes.

5 Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations arise in business. These circumstances receive special consideration:

  • Technical issues preventing service delivery on our end
  • Major changes to project scope requested by client
  • Health emergencies or business closures
  • Force majeure events affecting project timelines

Each situation is unique, and we're committed to finding fair solutions. If standard refund terms don't fit your circumstances, reach out to discuss alternatives like service credits, extended timelines, or modified project scope.

6 Non-Refundable Services

Some services have different refund terms due to their nature:

  • Completed testing reports and documentation
  • Custom test environment setups already deployed
  • Third-party testing tool licenses purchased for your project
  • Rush delivery fees for expedited services

Even for non-refundable items, we're open to discussing alternatives like applying credits toward future projects or modifying deliverables to better meet your needs.
